Challenge

This complex had a fiber cement siding product that was showing its age. It was fading and deteriorating in several areas. Some of the issues stemmed from problems with the initial installation process.

Solution

The association chose to install LP SmartSiding because of its durability and look. It provides the strength and durability needed to withstand our harsh Wisconsin weather. While the Cedar Texture has the warm look of wood, it resists fungal decay and termites that come along with real wood siding.
