This roof was at the end of it's lifespan and starting to fail. Water was starting to get through in to the units, and a solution was needed as soon as possible. After inspecting the roof, the Badgerland Exteriors team worked with the property owner to make sure the best care was taken in replacing the roof.
Solution
All rotten boards were replaced as a new, solid foundation for the roof. The shingles were replaced, and the Badgerland Exteriors team made sure to pay attention to detail. All flashing around the joints of the roof were replaced and properly sealed so water will not infiltrate and create the same problems over again.
