New Roof and Siding Merrimac WI

Challenge

This homeowner had put a large addition on the back of his home, and was looking for us to install new siding on the addition. This new addition also needed the soffit and fascia done. While in the process of doing all this work, it was decided that the best route forward for future peace of mind was a new roof on the entire home.

Solution

We went to work on finding a siding match to tie in with the rest of the house. Had our roofing crew start the tear off process and install Atlas Pinnacle Weathered Shingles on this homeowners entire home. When the roof was completed our siding crew went to work. The started off with installing new American Construction Metals soffit and fascia on the addition. After that, Azek trim was installed around all windows and doors. We also installed an azek trim board as a transition on the addition. Georgia Pacific Double 4" Shadowridge Clay vinyl siding was installed. Finally, the homeowner wanted to change the apprearence on the front of his home. We tore of the two gables of siding and installed an accent panel, Georgia Pacific Vinyl Split Shakes in the color of clay.
