Complete Exterior Remodel in Madison, WI

Challenge

This property management company called and was looking for ideas for a complete remodel of the exterior of this home. They had old wood siding, wood soffit and fascia, single pane windows, and the roof was at the end of its life.

Solution

We tore off three layers of old shingles down to the decking. We had to re-sheet the entire roof and then we installed GAF Timberline HD Weathered Wood asphalt shingles. Then Badgerland Exteriors installed 40 Lindsay vinyl window replacements, a center vented aluminum soffit along with aluminum fascia on the entire home. 40 Sq of Mastic Ovation Rugged Canyon vinyl siding was used to side the house and all the windows and doors were clad with aluminum trim coil. The flat portion of the roof needed EPDM mule hide (Rubber Roof Membrane), and their new roof will drain well with the new 6" seamless gutters with 3x4 downspouts.

In the end, everyone was extremely happy with the results of this large project.
