This homeowner called after a hail storm came through the area. We worked with the owner and his insurance company to facilitate the claim to be sure it included roofing, siding, fascia, and gutters. Insurance companies can be a hassle to work with if you haven't handled them before, so calling a reputable company like Badgerland Exteriors that has experience working with insurance claims.
We tore off the old roof and installed GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray) asphalt shingle then cut in and installed a Velux skylight. The old aluminum siding was torn off and new Market Square Graphite vinyl siding along with Mastic Cedar Discovery vinyl shakes on the two front gables were installed.
The new Azek trim around all the windows and doors and Azek band board to separate the Double 4" straight siding from the vinyl shakes on the gables looks great as an accent. And as with any roof project, we recommend upgrading your gutters to 6" gutters with 3x4 downspouts.
