After
This home on the North Side of Madison was ready for a change. The homeowner recognized pieces of siding were starting to shift and detach. As the home approaches twenty years old, there are a few reasons why this could happen. First, age. Normal wear and tear happens over time. Second, pieces of siding can expand and contract through the drastic changes in Wisconsin temperatures. That change in size can cause shifting of the individual pieces. Third, strong winds can cause damage.
The homeowner used this opportunity to make a bold change. She chose to replace the siding to not only repair and prevent further damage but to give the home a fresh look. This house went from a basic tan to a bold blue, and it is striking! The homeowner, the neighbors, and our team is loving the result of this project!
