This roof and siding on this home were at the end of their lifespans. The shingles were delaminating, meaning the adhesive strips on the back on the shingles were starting to fail. The wood siding was beginning to rot and deteriorate. This homeowner was ready for a new look with the upcoming replacement of these materials.

Solution

Badgerland Exteriors performed a complete tear off of both the roof and siding on this home. The homeowner selected new shingles for the roof and a vinyl siding to replace the wood. Vinyl provides the look of wood but with zero maintenance.
